EMERGENCY

Is everything too much for you? Has something terrible happened to you?
There are people who are there for you now.

As a psychological counsellor, I do not make any medical diagnoses. In the event of current attacks, serious mental illnesses and current thoughts of suicide, please contact the staff at the following specialist departments directly:

  • Your general practitioner (GP)

  • Specialised departments: Zurich, Lucerne, Bern, Geneva

  • An emergency doctor (Call 144)

  • In the event of sexual, domestic or physical violence, contact the victim counselling centre of your town.

  • In the event of current violent attacks, contact the police (117). 

  • Are you looking for a psychiatrist in your locality as a preventive measure?
